House has central A/C.   There is a washer/dryer located in the basement.  Sun porch with seating and an outside enclosed shower.  Gas grill and outside furniture. Downtown Hyannis is approximately 1.5 miles for shopping, ferries to the Islands and restaurants.  There is a water park in West Yarmouth about 3 miles away for the little ones. Four Seas Ice Cream about 1 mile away.  NO PETS, NO SMOKING PLEASE.
