Three bedroom, one bath ranch in quiet residential area.  Living room, eat-in-kitchen, small porch.  The house is equipped with a washer/dryer, central AC, TV with cable, WiFi and hardwood floors throughout.  There is a deck with furniture and gas grill, outside enclosed shower.  House is very well maintained.  Located approximately 1 mile to Craigville Beach, 2.5 miles to downtown Hyannis with shops, restaurants and ferries to the Islands.  Our famous Four Seas Ice Cream is 1 mile away just beyond Craigville Beach.  NO SMOKING, NO PETS ALLOWED.
