Three bedroom, one bath Cape, 1/4 mile to Craigville Beach.  Living room with sliders opening out to large enclosed back yard with patio furniture and grill.  there is an enclosed outside shower, great for rinsing off after a day at the beach or just an everyday shower.   Eat-in-kitchen with separate dining room.  One bedroom downstairs and the other two bedrooms are on the second floor.  Wall to wall carpeting in the two bedrooms upstairs.  House is equipped with washer/dryer, dishwasher,  3 window AC's, TV with cable and internet. NO PETS, NO SMOKING. 

BEDDING: Two single beds, one queen, one double.  There is a crib for the little one.  Sheets, towels, pillowcases are not provided.
