Three bedroom, one bath ranch in "Seaside PInes" on Seventh Avenue.  Eat-in-kitchen, living room with views of Nantucket Sound and small sun room with slider to small deck also looking out to the water.  House is equipped with washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with cable, DVD and WiFi.  There is an enclosed outside shower, patio with furniture and gas grill.  Short walk to small inlet beach at the end of Fifth Avenue, that is great for small chidlren as there are no waves and when the tide is out they can play in the little title pools.  Craigville beach is approx 3/4 miles.  Easy ride to downtown  Hyannis for restaurants, shops and ferries to the Islands.  NO PETS, NO SMOKING
